WILD GARLIC
Mansoa alliacea

AJOS SACHA is a climbing vine with a distinctive garlic-like odor when crushed or cut. The flowers are large and trumpet shaped and form in clusters. They produce a bean shaped capsule.

Wild garlic bark mixed in water is used as a bath to treat asthma, and bark raspings are used in a drink with water or alcohol to treat asthma and arthritis. It is also used as a preventative against fever, influenza, aches and pains, fatigue, and even evil spirits.
